Onions can reduce the inflammation

To get the most from your healthy diet try to eat red and yellow onions and shallots they have the  highest amount of flavonoids. You know that onions can give you bad breath or halitosis you can eat a  bit of parsley which will help neutralize the sulfur compounds. You can also use a breath freshener  made with parsley seed oil. Scientists are working on a strain of onions that are not hard on your  breath but contain all the great compounds for your health. To help reduce the tears you can chill  them for thirty minutes and don't slice through the root end. Make sure you use a sharp knife this  will help reduce the time in cutting. Make sure to run the knife under cold water as you are cutting  the onions.
