 One of the most important things you can do is keep your bones strong. It is very important to make  sure you get enough calcium intake all your life. This will keep the bones health and reduce bone   pain later in life. It also keeps the bones strong and help prevent bone fractures. Research has  shown that if you can consume soy it will play an active role in helping bones hold on to there  calcium. Calcium is a very important mineral for bone health. Women who are in their child bearing  years should get at least one thousand milligrams of calcium a day. For example one glass of milk  contains three hundred two milligrams of calcium.
