Dental health research

Dental research has shown the sticky foods can be a big problem for your dental health. They make it  easy for bacteria to stay in the mouth for long periods of time. You don't need to give up the
occasional snack just make sure to brush after eating or use a mouth wash. You can simple rinse your
mouth with water which will help remove the bacteria before it takes hold. Make sure you chew your
food up this produces saliva which washes away sugar from the teeth. Saliva also contains calcium and  phosphorus which helps neutralize tooth damaging acids that are in the mouth after eating. Dental  health research has shown that if you eat a little cheese it helps to prevent tooth decay.
