Colds and Flu Prevention

One of the best treatments for cold and flu is a cup of green tea followed by some chicken soup.
 They contain compounds the relieve congestion and keep your immune system strong. Tea contains
 theophylline which breaks up congestion and quercetin which helps viruses from multiplying. Home made  chicken soup not canned helps prevent cold and flu systems. In research it was shown that it was able  to prevent white blood vessels from causing inflammation in airways. Make sure the broth is not made  from bouillon or it won't work per the research studies. You can also take a bite of a hot pepper it  contains a compound capsaicin which will help you breath better.
