How to weight loss program

 You should start a exercise program walking with friends, jogging and take it easy at first especially if you are  not use to it and are over weight. Walking just twenty to thirty minutes four or five times a week will burn  calories and should be in any weight loss program. This will increase your heart rate and make you feel better. You must commit to a life long weight loss program. Your weight loss will be temporary if you do not stick with  your weight loss program. Make sure to dring plenty of water.
