You need to know some stress is good like when your are working out. Stress in the form of energy is a good thing if you are playing sports or trying for a new record when you exercise. Your body will relax and you can relieve the bad stess from your system. There are many good books that you can read to help you become more relaxed and feel better.
Practice socially acceptable heavy breathing This is something that is great to relax your body. You can trick your body into relaxing by using heavy breathing. Breathe in slowly for a count of seven or what you are comfortable with when you start out then breathe out for a count of eleven. Repeat this breathing until your heart rate slows down, your sweaty palms dry off and things start to feel more normal. Obstacles like doubt and lack of enthusiasm will only hinder you, but will not derail your chance to become the person with less atress.
What shapes a person's career and life, and defines them as a leader? Their decisions. We all want to be more productive and deliver our best results.
