Wounds hygiene Skin Care First Aid

When you wash your  clothes hang them in the sunshine and let them air dry.If you go swimming you can swim with your clothes on this will also get them clean. If you take soap along make sure it is biodegradable and try and keep it dry so that it does not get into your clothes and food. If you have it in a backpack there are many soap containers that are water proof or put it in a sealed plastic bag. If you wash up in a lake or stream be careful not to use shampoo or soap that can contaminate the water. The same goes for brushing your teeth use a biodegradable tooth paste or baking soda ,try and think green when camping or hiking. The same goes when you have to use the bathroom there is biodegradable toilet paper that can be bought and kept in a dry container.

You should take along a first aid kit or a book on surviving in the wilderness .There is nothing wrong with reading how to take care of yourself if you have problems when camping or hiking. Keep some matches in a dry container for starting a emergency fire if your lost. You should take along a compass and learn how to use it. Most of these tips are for camping or hiking in the deep woods. Being prepared is always better then not knowing what you are doing especially if you hike or camp where there is no contact with other people. Most cell phones don't work in the deep woods but take one along and keep it turned off to save the battery. Always let someone know where you will be located and the time you will be done.

Whiplash sports injury

Proper food intake plays a great deal in the susceptibility of injury.  Poor diet leads to less muscle strength, endurance, and health of your body structures.  Proper nutrition will keep your body working at its optimum level.   Rest and recovery is also important.  In order for your body to recover you need to rest.  This will help your body recuperate from activity.  Not enough rest can lead to overuse injuries and burnout.
The common saying “no pain no gain” is a huge misconception among many people in the sports world.  If you are in pain, you are not gaining anything except more pain.  Pain is our bodies way of telling us something is not right.  Therefore, if there is pain you need to stop and try something else.
Something beyond our control is gender.  Females have a larger Q-angle than males.  Some injuries such as the ACL tear  have been shown to be more prominent in females because of the larger Q-angle.

Bio-active whey protein

Benefits of Whey Protein ,Whey protein is actually a term used to describe a group of globular proteins that can be separated from whey. When cow's milk is used to manufacture cheese, it also leads to the production of whey, which may or may not be discarded. It is a mixture of lacto globulin, alpha-lactalbumin and serum albumin. Similar to protein found in egg white, whey protein can also be irreversibly changed by heat. When made part of the pasteurization process, it becomes less bio-active.
whey protein naturally becomes bio-active which can mean it contains a high concentration of cytokine and consequently glutathione, an antioxidant that is essential to improved fitness and health.  Bio-active whey protein is an active source for protein but if it comes in contact with heat can easily reduce the amount of cysteine in it without affecting its protein content and basic food value.
What Makes It Good for the Body Because whey protein contains an inordinate amount of essential and non-essential acids, it can play a prominent part in most low-carb and high-protein diets.
Whey Protein for Bodybuilding and work outs For bodybuilders, muscle growth is everything and that's why they love whey protein so much. Studies have shown that whey protein can lead to faster muscle development. Good news for bodybuilders who are only a few weeks away from the date of competition but is still in need of muscle growth.
How it Helps Athletes Busy Recovering from Old Injuries In this case, whey protein saves the day once more because it can be used to supplement diets of individuals who are suffering from weak immune systems. It can help  athletes heal faster and feel better.

Weight lifting routine Muscle

You need to increase muscle flexibility with stretching exercises. If you participate in sports or not increasing your muscle flexibility is good for your body. Try these ideas on how to increase your muscle flexibility through proper stretching.
The first thing you need to do before playing sports or going for a run or just walking to get exercise is do a proper muscle warm up. You need to take from five to ten minutes to stretch your muscles for a good warm up. Remember you warm up to stretch you do not stretch to warm up. Depending on your body type determines how long you take. A lean body will take a shorter time to get warm the a stocky body type. Your stretching routine should be gentle and relaxing. You should take long and relaxed breaths with each muscle stretch.
Regular stretching before exercise with help reduce injuries. If your muscles are tight they are more prone to injuries and strains. Laying on your back and pulling your knee to your chest and hold for a five count will increase your hamstring flexibility before jogging or walking. In a standing position cross your ankles and bend over a touch your toes for a five count. Its ok to bend your knees a little to relieve pressure on your lower back. Make sure to breath slowly letting out the breath at the end of the stretch. On all your muscle stretching routines take it slow and easy. Only stretch to the point of discomfort with no bouncing or jerking motions. You should apply steady pressure during the stretch and remember to breath slowly. After you have taking your walk or jog make sure to do a cool down. This is important to let the muscles recover. Take at least five minutes and again gently stretch the muscles to help them recover from the exercise.

How to lose weight in your stomach exercises

The stomach area is the hardest area to lose weight.  The reason for this is because you gain weight starting in your midsection stomach, hips  going towards the top and bottom of your body  feet, head .  When losing weight, it is the exact opposite, you lose it in your face and feet first and then toward your midsection last.  A lot of people get discouraged because they do not see a change but you and or others will start to notice your face looking thinner, and your clothes will start to fit a little differently.
The biggest thing is to try not to set yourself on losing pounds.  Muscle weighs more than fat, so even though doing certain things will help you gain muscle; your weight may not fluctuate that much because muscle weighs more.  Weight is a number that is focused on too much by many so try not to do this.  You should try staying away from the scale is a better idea.  Base your results more off of how you feel and look rather than how much you weight.
To become healthier, you should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water.  Make sure you stay hydrated this is important to flush out your system.  You should try by doing some slight exercise each day, and eating properly, staying away from the pop, candy, and other sweets, you will lose some weight.  It is not impossible to get rid of extra stomach fat with proper cardio and resistance training, but it is a challenge.
